Is it love ? or i just loved the situation ?

on my way to my institute yesterday , there was a red car stopped for me and then 3 guyz came out of it , they wanted to flirt with me and take my num. but i just refused ( secretley i was extremeley happy ) then i just get into my institute and they stayed out of course but they knew my name and my institute and there was one f them that was really cute i just felt like he likes me .... do u think he could be in my institute anytime to meet me again ? or it was rude from me to not give him my num. ? it's not the first time for this to be happen to me but i just luved it this time and i really wanna see him again ( i dunno what happened !! just a look into his eyes and boo i'm totally lost )
