Paula Deen's Carrot Cake recipe...?

Could anyone with a Paula Deen cookbook please give me her Carrot Cake recipe...not the recipe that uses baby carrots...that's the only one Food Network has. I am looking for an older recipe that was in her "Paula Celebrates" cookbook...thanks!
