My fledging Zebra Finch keeps getting attacked by its parents when it leaves the nest, other wise its fine?

My zebra finches have two chicks about 23 days old, one has just fledged but the parents attack him and chase him back into to the nest when ever he comes out, other wise there great parents. This is their first clutch.
