Is my team good/bad/anything?

All around your team should be able to contend. Right now you are probably struggling without Smith, but when he returns you should be able to compete in blocks and steals (especially with Rondo, Martin, and Chandler). Your obvious hole is ists until Ellis returns, but the balance of your teams should keep you in contention.
