Toy Poodle Poo is yellow and dry like sulfurous rocks also no apetite for days?

She eats dog food only when I add some stock to it or liquid from stew but otherwise, she's not interested in her food after smelling it. She drinks plenty of water and has normal energy. I started giving her Angel Eyes for her dark tears two weeks ago. The tears have significantly stopped but this very dry poo for 2 days already is scary. What can it be and what can be done to help her?
