With the cost of gasoline going up, will natural gas cost go up also?

I have a propane tank used to full a ventless fireplace. It is used as a main source of heat for one room. I'm concerned that it may become too expensive to heat the room by this method. So does anyone know about the price speculation for propane natural gas?
