Car noise issues in the front penger side wheel area...?

My car (Which is a 98 Honda Prelude) has been having some issues with the front penger side wheel area. The sound is like the brake is pulsing and rubbing and it pulsates faster as the speed of the car increases. I have already replaced the brake pads and discs, the axle and the bearing, and after replacing all this, the noise is still there. I'm not sure if any of the other components of the suspension are damaged like the ball joints or control arms. The previous owner may have hit a curb possibly. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. And please no BS answers like get a new car, I love my car and would prefer to not get rid of it. Thank You very much for your help.
