What is lowest tuition fee for a very good basketball college in us?

I want to start my journey into pro basketball. but I have some monetary problems as well because right now I live in Canada and I should apply as a international student and also I'm not such a great player to be able to get an scholarship. where do u think I should start my career so that I could improve my basketball well and wouldn't pay so much?
