Why do women blatantly disregard things a man says, just because he is a man?

yet think men should value their input as equals? Now I'm not saying two wrogns make a right, but notice on here. If a supposed "woman" (name, avatar, etc) makes an inflammatory point, she is often given the benefit of the doubt or given a less harsh and personally attacking real by real women. If a man makes the same point, it often denigrates into talk of his supposed ual desperation or small or living in his parent's basement.
