Is this good set up for neon tetra's?

GOOD for u. u sound like u did ur research. i wouldnt really make any suggestions except if ur tank is under 3 gallons or bigger than seven. less u might want to put less fish. If its over 7 u could go bigger and more. i might add 4 cory cats. very interesting fish
