Is this my fault? What are your thoughts who been in this situation?

Dude, that's effed up... I think you should've told him/her about what was going on from the beginning. Maybe even ask if you could be put into another group. If you would've tried to get them to work he/she should understand. But you should talk to your teacher and I don't think it was your fault. They are rude idiots to do that to you and I know how you feel because I'm a straight A student and my group for a cl project almost caused me to get an F but I talked to my teacher and arranged an extra credit ignment for myself. You should try it.
