Is this relationship salvageable?

Here is what I feel, I know that computer games can be an outlet for a stressed out life. I play them alot. But he either needs to straighten up or there is nothing there. He needs to get a job flipping burgers if need be. Just so you can see that he is trying. It seems that hes too comfortable treating you the way he does.
