Religious and nonreligious group,here's a little theory of knowledge, can you answer?

Blessings to all. The point here is that we do not know every thing. But the things that we know are evidence and prove that we know all of these things, all things that we cans see and visualize is our reality. yet most of the things we do not have any answers for was mean to be that way for a reason, so i think that man is still learning and it would be like that until the end of times. Most books tell the story of the beginning of man from conception to death and this was not made up, i have been to New-York some of my relatives lives there it might be a made up name but it's there and also it's on the map, I have been to Europe, i lived there for 5 years and i know it's real , so is North Carolina we know this because it's on the map and books prove this to be correct, we know that one of the smallest insect is an ant, and one of the biggest animal is a giraffe we can all see that and to the end it boil down to our own perceptive it's what you see and think, and what i think and see.
