What would you rate this rap from 1-10?

That definitely shows potential, and for a 13-year-old, that's remarkable. I give it an 8. You might want to switch up the structure a little bit -- instead of having every line the same length as the others, make some shorter or longer or whatever. Makes it more bouncy, less stilted. Still, very good job.
